About us
Our Communitelligence mission is to provide the highest-quality learning and development for business professionals to help them make better business decisions and succeed in their careers. We do this by producing events that allow the most knowledgeable and experienced experts to share best practices on the most important issues corporate communicators, HR, marketing and PR professionals are encountering.

About Communication Strategy Circles
You can think of Communication Strategy Circles as webinars on steroids. They flip the script on professional learning and development by making the audience (Circle members) every bit as important to the value of the learning as the expert leader. Strategy Circles play directly to the Communitelligence slogan: “All of us are smarter than one of us.”
Through facilitated discussion guided by “thinking questions,” our meetings are unscripted, intense and very engaging. You lean in instead of back. You feel you have your finger on the pulse of what’s really happening in other organizations, and you feel like you’re helping one another solve their most pressing business issues.
Each Circle also has a private meeting place on Communitelligence where meeting recordings, free webinars and resources are archived. There is a discussion forum to continue conversations. All combined, members and leaders get to know and work with leaders in the profession, so the Circle continues.

Leader Role
-
- Market (with Communitelligence help) the eight seats for each Circle using all channels (email invites, social media, web sites, etc.)
- Attend and facilitate each of the six 75-minute meetings over three months. Also work with co-leader on meeting prep and slide decks
- Estimated time requirement = 10-20 hours over three months
- Note: The two most important skills of Circle leaders are listening and posing “thinking questions” that provoke the best feedback from Circle members and “aha moments” for the member presenting their issue. Leaders must resist the impulse to offer their advice on issues raised until after Circle members have all weighed in.

What we need to get started
- Your agreement to uphold and honor all terms of this agreement
- Circle title ( short, 3-5 words and somewhat general. See current Circles to see template. You’ll notice we’re not labeling Circles with tight niche parameters (like Measurement/ROI, etc.) because all business topics can be brought up in a Circle.
- Circle focus bullets: 3-5 topics that would serve to indicate what may/could be discussed
- Your portrait and bio which includes a list of Passions (an attempt to shed more light on your personality than the formal bio offers)
