Leadership:
John Gerstner, president, has career experience as a communications consultant, writer, photo-journalist, magazine editor, Internet/intranet strategist, video producer and book author. He left John Deere in 2002 to launch Communitelligence, Inc.
Rick Sauter, a longtime communications executive, is Vice President, of Community Building and Strategic Partnerships. From 1996 until 2007, Rick was the executive director of Best Practices in Corporate Communications, a benchmarking group based in Washington, DC that was a division of the Public Affairs Group. He was in charge of business development, programming, research, partnerships and member services for this group that worked with the corporate communication / public relations departments of Fortune 1000 companies, non-profits, agencies, media and academic organizations. Rick is located in Syracuse, New York.
Shelia Gerstner, vice president and chief financial officer, has 15 years experience in marketing, business management, entrepreneurship, broadcast, video editing and counseling. She has owned and managed Performing Arts Salon & Gallery in Davenport since 1991, and the Suitcase Boutique, women's retail stores from 1993-2001.

WeAreQC.com is the Quad-Cities first and most comprehensive local community directory and self-publishing Web portal.
